This Privacy Policy explains how the WorkBank application handles information when users access and use its financial management, reporting, backup, security, and subscription features.

2. Information Processed by WorkBank

Users may enter financial and business information into WorkBank, including income, expenses, categories, balances, notes, reports, preferences, and backup data. This information is user-provided content.

3. Local Storage

WorkBank is designed as a local-first application. User data is stored on the device unless the user chooses to export a backup, generate a report, or share a file using system tools.

4. Data Collection and Sharing

WorkBank does not sell user data, does not use user data for targeted advertising, and does not share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

WorkBank Pro purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. WorkBank does not receive full payment-card details or Apple account billing credentials.

6. Device Permissions

WorkBank may request access to device features only when needed for a user-selected feature, such as Face ID for app protection or file access for backup import and export.

7. Backups, Reports, and Exports

Users are responsible for protecting any backup files, PDF statements, reports, or other exports they create and for deciding where those files are stored or shared.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored data remains on the device until the user deletes it, removes WorkBank, or erases device data. Exported files may remain in the location selected by the user.

9. Security

WorkBank uses protections available through iOS, including optional Face ID or device authentication where supported. No electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children's Privacy

WorkBank is a business and financial management application and is not designed to collect children's personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when WorkBank features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
